Also known as the stevens 520 and others I believe.
Where would one find a lifter spring for one of these old guns?
An elderly gentleman I know brought his by and asked if I could get it working as it holds immense sentimental value to him. Turns out it's missing the lifter spring and possibly a pin to hold it in place if it isn't one peice
He'd like to have his grandkid hunt his first turkey with it as he did
Any help would be greatly appreciated

Two different lifter springs shown on the Numrich Gun Parts site. You'll have to narrow down change date by serial number.

It's the smoother round top receiver. Not the humpback style if I'm saying that right. Think of it as 1100 not auto5 if that makes sense. Not sure if that make it an early version or later version
