Warranty on older Tasco scopes

Say that I bought a NIB, vintage made-in-Japan Tasco World Class scope with a lifetime warranty . . . What are the odds of Bushnell actually honouring that?

I'm guessing, slim to none?

"...guessing, slim to none?..." Maybe, maybe not. Tasco is a Bushnell brand name. However, according to Tasco's site, it has to have been made after August of 2002.
