Anyone know what the turn around time on warranty repairs is from Kodiak. Or even what they're operating hours are? Kodiak has been less than responsive to emails (they never responded to my warranty submission after over a week), called after waiting and spoke to Owen, he was super helpful. Now that my rifle is there I was simply looking for an update, sent an email 1.5 weeks ago, no reply. Sent another yesterday. Found some time to call today, no answer (granted it was 4:30) and they don't appear to have any sort of voice mail.

I had issues with them last year on a warranty repair
Sent the rifle end of September
Didn’t hear nothing for weeks and weeks
Kept e mailing with no answer
Finally called and they said they are working on it
Still heard nothing back for weeks and weeks despite emails and calls
Finally got ahold of them and Owen pretty much admitted that they lost my rifle and they are looking for it
They finally found it in their pre production/prototype bin
Got it fixed and sent back to me
Total time was something like 6 months?

I've had to call twice out of the 300 + guns I've sold got someone 1st time had parts the very next day
Well, coincidentally got a tracking email today from Canada Post, looks like it's from Kodiak. Guess we'll see what they found.
I'd consider that a quick turn around (3 weeks). Owen was super nice and apologetic on the phone when I initially talked to him. I'm sure they're swamped and he deals with his fair share of frustration, which is why I just wanted to know a rough time line on repairs (if it was going to take months than I would just buy something else to fill its intended role).
Not exactly thrilled that my rifle had issues 20 rounds in, or that I couldn't get any response, but I guess that is what it is. We'll see how it runs when I get it back.

I had dealt with them three times before I sold my WK. Lost charging handles twice and the gun showed up with a chamber defect. Turnaround was quite quick but I didn't have time for a gun that needed a critical part removed and replaced on what was seeming like a regular basis.
