Actually I just checked and the first time I shipped them a rifle I used their Purolator account the second time I used their Loomis account. So they have used both couriers. I have proof of this. I have no issues with NSC

The other thread was closed because that dead horse had been beaten enough. Nobody is denying that NS used Purolator, they did provide an RMA and Purolator account for that OP to use in January......the problem is that OP sat on his ass for 3 months before he decided to contact Purolator, in those 3 months North Sylva had stopped using Purolator due to Purolators new and unreasonable requests for COS.
