Hi all,

I am not sure what happened to the thread (it may have been in Corwin's forum) where all the discussion around the lever action warrior shotguns went.

At the time I had mentioned I found that the length of pull was a bit short for me and I could use maybe another inch or more.

Someone had kindly replied mentioning that there were 2 'buttpads' that fit. However I cannot remember what size of each type fit properly, if i recall, one was small the other was medium.

The 2 buttpads were....

Allen slip on and the Pachmayr decelerator. I think the Allen was small, and the decelerator was medium. But I could be wrong.

Does anyone have any insight?

Secondary question, did anyone figure out a way to make the 'ejector' (really just a bit of metal sticking out that the bolt slides past) work a little more effectively? I find even when racking fairly hard, the spent shells just plop out, sometimes I get some hangups because the shell has not ejected properly. I know I can rack it really really hard and it helps, but honestly, racking that hard is a bit of a chore (the small LOP may have to do with it)

Thanks!
F.

additional questions...
does anyone know of a mag tube that fits the 18" version to make it almost flush with the barrel? (ideally flush)
does anyone know what chokes may fit this thread?

Mine extracts fine if as above used with authority. Like Daddy taught me with his Savage 99 --- Beat it like it owes you money --- never an issue. I found a leather wrap on the lever is a little more finger friendly in this regard as well

Thought I'd update.

I bought the small allen recoil pad from Amazon for 11.99, and it fits almost perfectly, I'd say 98%. It extended the LOP perfectly!
