Was wondering if anybody has load data for 140gr. berger vld hunting rounds for 6.5

I'm new to loading and was given some 140 gr berger vld hunting rounds for my 6.5 x 55 swedish mauser. Any recomendations welcome, it has a fairly short barrel and not sure what the twist is. thanks
