Waterfowl gear

I want to get into waterfowl hunting. I got the gun and I just got a pair of nice chest waders... what else should I get?

Depends where your going, how your setting up, and what you need like decoys, a boat, waterproof gloves, waterfowl jacket, ammo, 30" targets to test pattern from different ammo, calls, migratory stamp, hunting card and small game licence, lanyard for your calls...... other then that im not too sure.
