They're Here!

As of Monday morning the Post Office(s) here in BC has the migratory game bird licenses. Finally!

The feds are cutting it mighty close. I just called my local post office here in Bantario (Mon. the 25th, 4pm) and they are still not in...and yes I am getting antsy...the early goose season starts in a week and still no permits.

Checked withe Post Office today, Still not received BUT Waiting.

Still not available in Pembroke Ont was in first thing and they have no idea when they will be around.

Doesn't matter. I'll be out on the 1st regardless. Tough to charge a guy for not having a license if they haven't made them available. I'll even keep the 20 bucks or so in my pocket with a little "IOU" to CWS.

i was told by canada post today 5 pm EST that (the employees at the customer service department) got a email today stating that the mininisty sent they hunting permits and stamps to the canada post offices and that canada post offices say they never recieved them and that there is a inquiry in to the matter, but this rose up a new question i just had to ask and this was " so how where these permit and stamps sent out those the canada post offices anyhow", her reply was "well through canada post registered mail of course" that when i just started laughing her reply was that is why theres an inquiry happening by enviroment canada i told have a good day and thats went i went about mine
