So, as stated in a previous thread here, I am fairly new to waterfowling. I have 2 spots that are fairly close to home, that I frequented last year with some success...
So, while I was out yesterday with my dog (not a retriever though), scoping out one of the areas (and trying out my new decoys
) I got to thinking about other areas to hunt duck in my neck of the woods.
I know that some hunters are not willing to share their successful hunting locations, however, that is what I am looking for. Maybe not specifically the Lat and Long of said spot but, the general areas.
I am looking for a couple of good spots anywhere along the Oshawa to Kingston corridor and surrounding area here in Southeastern Ontario.
Thank you for any and all suggestions. or if you have a good spot and don't want to share it here (and live in the area)... we can get together and discuss it or scope some areas.
And, ofcourse, the same goes for you. I am looking for new hunting buddies (as my two from last year are deployed and posted) and you'd be welcome to come hunting with me.
{wow! kinda sounds like a personal add
}
Thanks again, really looking forward to this season.
