$20-$22lb more or less. We can get the commercial grade D4198 for $25/lb with free shipping over $200 from CanAm now. It's a little faster burning so more rounds/pound.
WC735 is good plinking powder for smaller cases, but I find the velocity spread pretty wild.

WC735 I bought it for about $23/# when it was in stock
Pretty big velocity spreads but accurate enough for my XCR for 3 gun
It meters quite well
