Any other teams signed up yet? We will have another team from AB ready to sign up once we get back from Phoenix. Should be a great matchup!

PPRA has shirts! That's got to add at least .05 to existing ballistic coeffecient. What's next? Pants?

Knowing the guys on the PPRA team, they probably won't wear any pants at all. That's going to raise the ballistic co-efficient even higher but might lead to an outbreak of "thistlesinyourjunk"

Oh Sean you have your hands full with this crew. Great team though!!! Just don't let them convince you to wear the ball huggers as a team uniform,no matter how much captain Morgan sais it's OK.:cheers:

Yeah, I have heard the Captain can make you do thhings against your will, then again, some say the same thing about Lemon Gin.

For my own safety I will be staying far away from both.

Just got off the phone with Kathy at the DCRA office and heres how things go.

The DCRA is sanctioning this match. This means, they supply the 6 DCRA medals for our winners and we pay for the ad in the Marksmen. Since it is DCRA santioned, all shooters have to have at a min. a DCRA Assoc membership, plus a PRA membership. A large portion of this Assoc. fee goes to insurance, since the DCRA would be on the hook too if something happens. Kathy will be checking to see if the WCFCC can purchase HPS pins too for our match too. (HPS is High Points Possible (clean at a yardage, no points dropped)

BC and MB PRA members, being on military ranges, pay a DCRA Assoc fees so these guys should be covered already (Just bring proof of your PRA membership for me to confirm you are a paid BC or MB member) but AB and SK, being on private ranges, and most of our members only buy the PRA portion only. These guys would have to buy a DCRA Assoc. membership of $30.00, plus the WCFCC entry fee of $350.00, unless they have already paid the DCRA Assoc portion.

Come the middle of May, once we know we have enough shooters to break even on this match (32 guys), I will be forwarding an email of the register shooters to the DCRA along with a list of what fess I have collected from the shooters. After the match, I will be emailing them again (to cover any walkups etc).

I'm holding the DCRA portion until after this match so the one guy (DS) that has paid for an Assoc., you may get your Assoc card after the match. This way, it is one cheque and snail mail to the DCRA for all Assoc. fees paid, plus if you paid $35 instead of $30, I can refund the $5 at match day. I originally said $35 for the Assoc and Kathy tells me it is $30, better to charge you more than not enough eh.
