WCFCC Nokomis 2012 - June 28- July 1, 2012

Suggestions on Motels or Hotels... I usually stay at the clubhouse or drive back to Stoon myself. I have pitched a tent there and that was good too. There are places to stay in Nokomis (cheapest, closest, loadest), Watrous and Lanigan as well as some of the smaller towns... yup there are smaller than Nokomis out there LOL. You could ask Glen, bet he has been in most of them....

Training will be provided on site by a SPRA official each morning.
$60 per day and $70 per day for the pit boss, except the WCFCC, there we pay $150 per day.

This would be a great opportunity for a team that travels and competes in the winter months.
Note the dates, many are over long weekends! Total amounts to $9060.00 for all events.
Contact Keith Skjerdal at 306-652-2065 if you have a team of 6 to 8 guys and are interested in this opportunity
or email me at kodiak99317@sasktel.net

yes, we need new TARGET PULLERS, as anyone that was there for our Annual or the PPRA would agree with me...

Anyone coming to the WCFCC and bringing a son or daughter, call me and we will include them for the Western's!

UPDATE: We have a crew of pullers, but if your coming to a match, call me, we could still use a few good pullers (Luke for 1) at the Western's!

Only a little over 100 days to go guys.... get your entry form in if you want to insure you get a spot on the line, esp. the guys that have committed to a team :)
30% full now (24 guys pd, 10 FTR 14 FO, need 32 (8 more or it is cancelled)).

2 more months until the cancellation date and we need 32 guys for this to break even.
Have 21 guys pd. Expect the 5 team shooters that have not paid to pay so really only need about 6 more guys to make the magic 32 figure (but more is better too) :)

Should be a good one, we have a target crew, biathlon shooters from Saskatoon area...

Now if we could just get the major door prizes, the PGW actions soon .... any word.... LesD or RichD or SteveA or Ross ????

Yet another update for the guys that have already entered..

As you know, there is team shoots at the end of each day, all of which are at 1000 yds.

There are 3 teams formed already and a butch of good shooters that are not on teams yet. I suggest you all talk with each other and form a team.

Here is the list of guys paid up, the class they entered and NOT on a team YET...

Ambrose, Marshal FO
Baardsen, Stephen FO
Carrier, Richard FO
Caunce, Carl FO
Fripp, Tom FO
Gutek, Paul FO
Hougham, Leon FO
M. Robert FO
Nelson, Ken FO
Teo, Jerry FO
Thibault, Marc FO
Harmes, Brian FTR
Neill, Reid FTR
Reibin, Paul FTR
Toset, John FTR

You can form and enter a team and at no extra cost to you, think it over. Sign up as a team via email to me kodiak99317@sasktel.net or on the Thursday weight-in/practice. Each team needs 2 FO and 2 FTR shooters to qualify, but if you want 4 FO's on your team, OK, but you shoot for Honor's only...
