We are adding Pac-Nor to our line-up!

So ther big question, what is the minimum contour they will flute - stainless of course ?

Also check to see WHEN they flute. In a button rifled barrel it should be done before the final lapping is done. Fluting can change bore ID, and take what was a good barrel out of tolerance.

I have found if you are going to order a fluted barrel, have them cut it to final length, finish turning, and then flute.

Longer barrels when cut usually don't have the bore centered in the muzzle... not a big deal on a round barrel as you can turn the taper slightly, but with a fluted barrel it is considerably more difficult.
