Good morning everyone.

Just back from another stint in the hospital
Nothing all that new for those that know me.

The good newes
We have hired 3 new new people.
This will allow us to have the phone answered everyday

Get orders out faster .
Reduce and mistakes on orders .
Get gunsmithing turn around time faster.
Brett our store managed has been having some personal issue this last 4 months and will be permanently working from home part time
Our 2 gunsmiths are back to work also.
As well as whatever it is that I do.... lol

That does not cover the manufacturing side of the house.
Our partner has run onto the covid issues.
Between being maxed out on machine time, supplie chain issues and people not wanting to work.

We are now subcontracting out some of our new basic products to another shop in town and I'm overseeing that project.
This should see our product hit the market faster.
Our demand for the S&J shotgun products is at an all time high.
This is just an update , not an opportunity for people here to tell us how much we suck.
If you have a legit issue call or .email and ask to speak to me.
Donr just ship post about a screw I forgot to send you that you lost in 2014.
Or some random post about how I never got back too you when I have no idea what you name is.
We are a small buissness . There is no one sitting at a desk waiting for the phone too ring.
This is our 15th year and we are not going anywhere.

Simon

I placed my first ever order with S&J on the holiday Monday and received word Tuesday it was shipped! Couldn’t be happier with the speedy service!

Is the thread pitch on your Winchester SXP +2 mag extensions correct this time around?

They were always corect. The issue was Winchester farmed of manufacturing to a bunch of contractors and the spec was never the same from batch to batch.
They kept changing the specs so we dropped the product.
Not worth all the back and forth with clients
Hatsan did the same thing.
But at least only 3 types we had to deal with
