But I think you'll need non-restricted length barrels for this plan to be viable.

Who is registering their Crypto as restricted? lol.
Rangeview if you are providing installation service then I guess you are also registering it with the RCMP? Otherwise your customers are stuck with a restricted rifle and no registration certificate. Not a great spot to be in.

The rifle is considered "Restricted classification" and need to be registered if you assemble the short barreled upper and the lower receiver. We provide both complete rifle installation service and installation service on only the upper or lower receiver.

Everything but the receivers, not including a crypto receiver set or assembly. Literally just a parts kit which is incredibly over priced.

It's not. The upper and lower attach together differently than an AR.
