I have a fab defense hand guard for my Vz. What I'm looking for is something with a longer rail and a shell deflector.

I know what ur talking about. A rail that covers the whole upper reciever.
Doesnt seem to exist anywhere other then the one pic you posted.
 
There is a post on arfcom by Makodefense stating that the vfr-ak (hand guard with cantilever on page 1) will work with the tantal. Hopefully that is right! Looks sweet.

That's poop. I'm not sure whether the rifles we're getting are different, but from most Tantals I've looked at, they've got an ugly mixture of brown plastic top cover and orangish bakelight lower handguard.

Hopefully *cough*someone*cough* can get us some beautiful hardwood furniture for our CSR!
 
One question Zahal.Will the AK tritium sights fit an SKS and if not will there ever be a chance of seeing these style sights for SKSs?--thank-you--Dieseldog!
