We need someone intelligent and focused, not abrasive. We also need a majority government to get $h!t done and reverse the disaster from T2. I find her abrasive and I support her policies and I'm a party member. What do you think the response from the general public will be? Trump is abrasive and loud which is why he's had so much trouble getting things done now. He's had some good ideas but he's his own worst enemy because he speaks before considering how it will be perceived.

A big reason that the CPC and NDP lost so bad last election was because while Harper and Mulcair were fighting it out about nicabs Justin was busy being likeable. The liberal party policies are a disaster but most voters pick a candidate based on a good feeling rather than a solid plan. We need a leader with a great team and a great platform but who is still able to be likeable. Is it stupid? Absolutely. Is necessary? Yes. I want Lietch in the background but I seriously hope she can stay behind the scenes. Otherwise the left wing media will eat the CPC alive and social justice Justin will run amok another 4 years.

I still support Max but I was definitely disappointed with his response. If he had taken the high road it would have made him look better no matter what the outcome. Now he either looks guilty or just looks like an @@$ hole. With the dirty campaigning and nonsense that went down in the American campaign we don't want to end up with the CPC looking like more of the same

All the more reason to get rid of the CBC! Global hasn't exactly been very fair either with some issues so maybe it's time to look into them, too while we're at it. She's abrasive but sometimes you have to get a little nasty to get what you want. She's got a bit fire in her. She wants to win and I do believe she wants it for the right reasons. Yes, Trump isn't exactly smooth sailing but that's democrat obstructionism, not to mention all the riots. Likeable HAS TO take a backseat in the eyes of the INTELLIGENT voter, of which there are less and less of sadly. Likeable is akin to social justice and what is social justice? MOB RULE! That's what.

It's way past high time to crush the left wing media, with felonies errr.... indictable offenses out the yin yang for election rigging, electoral fraud and encouraging people to commit the same by whoring themselves out for JT. Journalism and the right of freedom of the press is given in the spirit of PURSUING THE TRUTH, not to pander to groups and sure as hell not a license to push their own godd@mned agenda down our collective throats. Until the media is squashed? The CPC is ALWAYS gonna get crucified, tarred and feathered NO MATTER WHO IS RUNNING THE SHOW! Harper wasn't all that bad but every single little thing that went wrong? I agree with you on most points. INTELLIGENT voters care about what DOES good rather than what FEELS good. Unfortunately the vast majority of voters go with what FEELS good. I would support the biggest @$$hole in the world if they could get it done. That won't happen without the right amount of seats though.

The democrats and media have pulled a lot of crap but Trump also stirs the pot at every opportunity. Liberals and democrats have a way with screwing you over and making it seem like their the good guys anyway because they use emotions instead of logic. Look at the substitute drama teacher we have running the country. Republicans and Conservatives haven't figured out the recipe to getting through to the touchy feely types. Like it or not it's probably over half the voting public. You can have the best policy and still lose without the right pitch.

As for the CBC and the rest of the mainstream media its all a steaming pile of H:S: you have to dig pretty deep to pick the facts out of the opinions. I would love to see the hardcore cultural marxists at the CBC lose their government funding.

Well? Sometimes you just have to put foot to a$$! Trump is, like it or not, doing exactly that. She raised a really serious concern for me (and a few other users on here, I'm sure) that interviews are only done by immigration officials ONLY if they are leaning towards a refusal. If that is stirring the pot? SO BE IT! Sometimes that's what it takes!

I WILL willingly concede however that has to be very careful about how and when they go about stirring said pot but it's a fact of life that eventually it just has to be done.
 
Foot to ass if you mean getting his buddies richer. He talks a big game but if anything it is showing more and more he has no clue what he is doing. That all said I think he is the best thing for Canada. The Keystone is going to happen and we will be able to ship oil to China (why do you think Obama stopped it) They dropped out of the TPP which odds are will remove all of the US requirements for signing. At the end of all of this Canada will benefit from his foibles.

Drama teacher is his own worst enemy. Bernier has had the same consistent message for years, he's the real deal. I sifted thorough all the info out there, and tried to find inconsistencies, found only a firm believer in property rights, and small government. Do some research guys, he is on our side.
