'Weapons' with barrel shrouds should be banned?

Hmmm... Those nasty barrel shrouds what go up. About time someone got those off the street.

How stupid do you have to be? It's bad enough that people vote without all the facts, but now they are introducing legislation. How do you stand up in government without the most basic of information?
 
OK i've been away for awhile whats this crap about barrels shrouds being banned? another stupid american that has rectal cranial inversion syndrome?

I have one on my storm and it really doesnt do anything but look cool.
 
It is bloody scary when one sees politicians listening and bending back wards for misinformed and very opinionated 'individuals', like that. I don't know if I should call that lady; individual or stupid individual! Who would go in front of a TV camera and not be educated on his/her own comments?

Aren't these people wasting our money and valuable time? I'm disgusted when I hear baseless comments coming from misinformed individuals. :bangHead: Things like this are an initial stage for lengthy squabbles that law abiding citizens don’t need.
 
This gave me an idea that could revolutionize firearms control, - let's have the CPC draft similar legislation that bans all guns used as weapons. They could advertise it on TV "Conservatives bring in total gun ban" They'd get tons of votes in Quebec, the premier of Ontario could finally kiss Harper the way he's wanted to for all those years. We'd have a Conservative majority from Coast to Coast to Coast (as the all inclusive Liberals like to say) It would be vote Nirvana, and honestly it wouldn't be any worse than some of the promises the Libs have broken over the years. I think they could also get rid of all of the other gun laws at that point - 12.x (yes all 12.x prohibitions) CCW, ATC, restriction, registration. Why? obviously because guns can no longer be used as weapons (those ones have been banned) which leaves me all of the other guns to use as sporting goods!!! I could have sporting machineguns, sporting entry firearms, even sporting chainguns - it's all in the semantics isn't it?
