Wearing out Carbide dies??

Your dies are probably dirty. Lee stuff is junk IMO.

I have no problem with Lee dies.

The dies are most likely dirty. Try cleaning the dies and that should help.

Very surprising, Lee make the best carbide dies out there.

And if I misread your post and it was a different part that failed you can probably buy what ever other part broke there too.
Of course for an extra few 10 bucks or so you could get a replacement die set.

There's the problem.
You're only supposed to use 25 year old single malt scotch in your ultrasonic if you clean Lee tungsten carbide dies.

Actually the scotch doesnt really clean the die.
It just gets you used to the idea of spending money on quality stuff.

Finally! Scotch IS good for something...........
