Just curious if anyone here knows anything about these South Gate rifles. It has the FN Mauser 98 action. I’d call it a deluxe model, beauty wood stock rose wood forend.
I found one in fantastic shape, minus the fact someone put an aftermarket griffin & Howe side removable scope mount on it. The SN is 85XX so believe it to be a late 50’s early 60’s model. Just curious what it would be worth.
