US$ prices are on the Wby site. We can often come in at slightly less after convesrion but not that much less

My excuse is no 340 WBY...bolt handle is questionable too but overall Pretty nice gun.

Most dangerous game rifles are controlled round feed. IMO a dangerous game rifle should be semi or double barreled. Some grizzly attack recently may have been alive if he had a quick follow up.

Still a sweet rifle tho would very much like one.

Oh, I did not know that? It’s a good point! Is this MK V dangerous game a controlled feed?

Either way, I’d like to see a bear dance with a .460. I know how it did with a 300……

The MkV action is not controlled feed but more like a push feed action.

I've owned a number of MkV rifles and as much as I do like them I'd never use one as a dangerous game rifle mainly due to the feeding system, it's just not very reliable and I've had several issues with feeding on some of them. Besides that the Wby rifles made in the USA just aren't built to the same quality or standards that the Jap or German made guns were in my opinion.

Thing is I dont want the muzzle break and the 340 I know I can shoot with no brake /no problem...but the 338-378 I have my doubts.
