The term 'backbored' is ill-founded. Overbored is a more accurate term.
Judging by their website's lack of reference to it, and standard choke tubes for all guns, I'd say they are standard bore. If they were overbored, you'd hear about it.

The Orion's took standard Browning Invector or Winchokes ... as such, they were 12 ga. "standard" bore-sized.
From the look of the new Weatherby d'Italia models, which I believe originate from Fausti Stefano (yeah, those 3 nice looking Italian ladies), I would say they aren't "overbored" either.
