Weatherby Vanguard 30 06 magazine issue

Define cycling trouble. The bolt is riding over the 2nd cartridge and is not picking it up? The round feeds part ways out of the magazine and binds as it goes up the feed ramp and into the chamber? The magazine is loose and drops down when you try to load the cartridge into the chamber?
I only know of two and right now can only think of the one offered by Weatherby.
Kamlooky installed one on a rifle and iirc he was happy with it.
Banging my head on the computer trying to recall the other one ....sorry no use right now.
I'm sure there will be a solution to your issue and answer to the other question,

The mag kit needs to be properly spaced from the receiver.
Too close and the mag needs a whallop to get it latch.
Too far out and maybe the bolt isn't picking up the next round?
Next time you're out where you can legally load up your problem rifle,
put a round or two in the magazine and clip it in the rifle.
With the barrel pointed in a safe direction, open the bolt all the and see what
is going on in there.
Gently push the bolt forward and witness bolt to case contact.
Is it?
