Weatherby Vanguard mount issue

They are Talley Rings marked for Weatherby. They are quality rings. They will also fit Remington 700s, hense the reason the profile is not an exact match to the loading port on your rifle. It doesnt affect functionality, and it is exactly how they are supposed to be.

I have the same ring setup on mine, except mine are marked "Talley". If you want something that looks prettier, you'll be spending more money. As it is, it is a strong mounting system that is perfectly functional.

I get it now. They mass produce the rings to fit multiple makes even though they are marked Weatherby they are not made for them specially. Still gonna fix it and i guess mine will be special
