Hey guy's/gals. I am looking to get a decent 30-06 bolt gun in the near future. I'm not decided definatly on these two but they seem like pretty decent guns. That said which one would you choose. They'd be for moose mostly some bear and some deer and a good amount of paper and steel.
Weatherby Vanguard or Tikka T3

Both will serve you very well; Tikka probably has a smoother action, but the Vanguard is a tad heavier (helps in recoil) and costs ~70% of what the Tikka does. Both will outshoot you any day of the week and then some.
Try them both at the gun store and pick the one you like the best, you can't go wrong.
Btw, Weatherby is going to release the revised Vanguard (S2) in June at least in the US. Depending on your urgency, you might want to wait a bit if you can (S2 seems to bring quite a few improvements over the current Vanguard).
