weatherby vanguard s2 action screws coming loose

I have a series 1 and recently had this problem when I put in it a boyds. I do not know why put my bolt wont #### when I go over 20 inch pounds! Idk what to do. I can get it tight but it wont #### the bolt when the screw is at an acceptable torque.

The screw is too long.

The screw is protruding into the channel for the firing pin sear.

Few strokes with a file fixed mine.
