Just got finished shooting above rifle and had a problem that I have never had issues with these rifles other than this caliber. I load shells onto floorplate and first feeds fine. As bolt is cycled the remaining shells seem to get pushed back sliding behind the small gap between floor plate and back of mag well. The bolt then misses next rounds shell head. shell then sits bullet slightly canted upward. Has anyone had this happen? Took stock off and all looks normal except the small gap. Seems to be to much play in the floor plate and mag well. Hope I explained it clearly enough.

If anyone with a .223 vanguard s2 could take a picture of inside the mag box showing what the limiter may look like it would be greatly appreciated. Aside from driving two hours or mailing gun to Epps I can't seem to locate a diagram of this part. If there is a part number on it that would be appreciated as well. I could send an email or text if that would help. thanks

I have one in .223 so I know it likes to fall out of the mag box when you disassemble the rifle. I'd probably just make that piece out of a flat piece of aluminum or sheet metal in a couple minutes if I lost it.
