Looking at one of these units, specifically the Weather meter for precision shooting model. Has anyone been using products from weatherflow either the basic wind or the weather models? How are they performing? What is the quality and accuracy compared to a kestrel?

Only issue I see by using it with your phone will be the weather/water resistance. Not a big deal if you’re a fair weather shooter, but could see issues if out hunting, or during a match when you have to live in the conditions presented to you. Kestrels are sealed/rated which is a bit of insurance.
Was impressed to see it offering DA though, and the price is decent.

Mine works good too. I am happy with it. Seems fairly accurate. It does take a bit to acclimatize. Had mine out this weekend and from a warm house to the cool outdoors it took a bit for the humidity and temp to stabilize (like 5-10 minutes). At this point of the game I just cannot justify buying a Kestrel (I'm am sure they are worth every penny, but I don't have enough pennies).
