Weaver N5 Mount Screw Size

Hello, just bought a Remington 121 and need to fill some holes on the receiver, are they 6-48 or 8-40 ?

They probably aren't factory, so could be whatever the person chose. You could measure them. You could try 6-48 and 8-40 screws.
