weaver proview integral ring/mount

Anyone know anything about them?They are on ebay regularly and seem to be in retro packaging.I picked up a set for my rem 700 and they fit well and scope boresighted easy.They remind me oo the one piecers remington is selling now.They are available for a host of rifles but i can't find a shred of info online about them.
