I just bought a rifle that has a Weaver variable 2.5-7 scope. It appears to have a model number on it of C7V and Challenge. Anyone familiar with this scope? Nothing coming up on the web for this model number so far. In good shape with some of the ink worn off but seems ok so far. Steel tube. An idea of its approximate value and anything about it. It has been on this rifle for a long time so I have to expect that it was working up till the old fella stopped hunting.
