Weaver Rem 700 Rail

I am finding alot of US sources for the rail but nothing that will ship to canada. Anyone know the best place to order a weaver 20 MOA base for a remington 700 SA?

Barton's in GP usually has them. Ive handled them and theyre nice rails for the money, very low mounting. bbcoutdoors.com
