Weaver USA 4X mid 70s ish

No experience at all with these scopes. Was given one with a win 94, 30-30. Mounts on left side of rec, my question is when the reticle is plumb and flat, the turrets are slightly canted to the left, is this not uncommon or may I have a issue with this scope?
Did some reloading for the 3030 so will check tracking and adjustments next chance I get.

Sounds like the reticle has slipped.
If you like the scope, do yourself a favour and send it to Trace Scope Repair.
Call them first with your querie.

I had a number of Weaver and Redfield scopes over the years with this condition; even one Leupold as well. Never bothered to send them in for any repairs, they all functioned properly for as long as owned them...10-15 years in some cases. I think it's an entirely cosmetic issue.
