Web site sucks

I stopped going to your site as it never worked for me. I just checked it and it works fine now and as a result I'll be visiting next time I'm shopping.

Say what you will about complaining/criticizing, but obviously it did something for the better in this case.
 
I also no longer visit the new site. The navigation is terrible (on Firefox & iPhone 5, cookies cleared, fully updated browsers). I'm glad Can Am is taking the time to gather suggestions here. That's certainly a step in the right direction.
 
I'm sure someone spent a fair bit of time slicking it up visually, and that in some ways it is better than before, but I do find it is harder to find things now than I used to.
It's not terrible, but not as usable. I use safari on a mac. Using my android is definitely worse than the mac.
I hadn't noticed that they changed it, actually.
I would also agree, I'm not as likely to do an impulse buy on a screaming deal, probably because I don't see it.
 
Using Firefox on Win 8. Updated Java, updated Mozilla, cleared history, cleared cookies, and cleared cache - the site's premier sale tabs (the .50BMG/Magpul/Walther links) still doesn't display properly. When I first load the site, the first one will show (currently the .50), but if I click on another one, then the whole picture area drops to half a centimeter and it doesn't display or link to any of those products.

Edit - tried it on Chrome and then those tabs finally worked properly.

Win7 ,latest firefox, latest JAVA. load the home page. large BMG50 upper image. click the BOOM tab goes to the product. go back on my browser, no more images. all the tabs for 50 upper, barnes bullets, IUR, etc all there. click those tabs and a small sliver 1/10th the size of the tab appears at the top, but you dont see the product page.

tried it again, and the BMG upper worked, selected the others and their images now shrink, and fill in as background between the search bar and the newsletter sign up.

try #3/ load the page. press the arrows to cycle through the highlighted products. 50 upper large, barnes bullets smaller, colt is even smaller and by the time i get to the magpul the image is again in the background, shrunk between the search and newsletter tab. cant even see it.
 
search as I might I can't find 50 bmg ammo on the site........ is it broken or not available yet LOL
not a fan of new site either but is what it is I s'pose
 
Yes. The website sucks.

It sucks because it far too easily separated me from $250 just now when I ordered more ammo.

I dunno, I liked the old site in some ways, but not others. I like the new site in some ways, but not others. Pretty much break even. I can find what I'm looking for and order it without hassle. It does its job.
 
^^^^^^^ NEW ITEMS CATEGORY ^^^^^^^^^ would be very helpful and perhaps simply a sales section? maybe there is one now I havnt been on in a month or so

But if I could easily pull up everything new or restocked within the last week could definitely help me buy things I didn't know I needed lol

I don't know what the haters are talking about. In terms of Canadian gun shop websites, Canada Ammo's is top tier. Responsive with a navigation that makes sense, nice and big product images, related items, etc. Most of the other sponsor websites have tragically bad navigation bars and very few work on mobile phones.
 
Just checked the website on my BlackBerry z10. The menus/filters all work as they should unlike when I complained about it in an earlier thread. Thanks guys, now I don't need to use the search to find stuff.
