I picked one up at my local. Used but in nice shape some minor scratches and the right side pistol grip is loose.
I took the screw out to find two of the plastic pins broken off and missing.

It is marked
F
Webley & Scott LTD
Made in England
F

both the F's are inside pentagon

from what I can find my guess is 1990's

I'm looking for a manual so I know how to maintain it and an idea on how to repair the pistol grip. I'm guessing a replacement
is an impossible find.

The F inside a pentagon is a stamp designated for German regulations. Airguns sold in Germany with that symbol produce energy up to 7.5 Joules (5.5 foot pounds) and they do not require a permit for acquisition and possession. Airguns that produce energy exceeding 7.5 J are treated as firearms and require a permit or licence.

For purposes of comparison, in Canada an airgun that does not require a PAL must have a muzzle velocity no greater than 500 fps. With an average size pellet of 8.5 grains, at 500 fps the muzzle energy would be 4.7 foot pounds. In a curiosity of Canadian airgun laws, the caliber is irrelevant so long as the MV doesn't exceed 500 fps. As a result, a PAL wouldn't be required to get a .30 or even .50 caliber airgun (yes, they make them that size) that had a MV that did not exceed 500 fps. A .30 caliber pellet would weigh about 45 grains with some at 50, yielding about 25 foot pounds of energy.

@Candocad
thanks
I will order parts

I've never had a pellet gun, only BB guns when I was a kid.
I can't see anywhere to oil it? Ive tried google to find a manual but so far no luck.

I had a manual for one of those, but have not seen it for a while, may have sold it at a gun show, I will look in a box of books and gun info in the morning and see if I find it

The piston seal needs the odd drop of oil. Put that into the small widened area at one end of the top slot, while you have the barrel lifted. Another place for a very small drop of oil now and then is the breech seal. This place has sold me some excellent mainsprongs and other parts for an old Senior and Junior, couple of Webley pistols from the 1950's. They also sell grip panels.
