Hard to imagine one being converted to SAO. What would the point be? Calgary Shooting Center has a pile of nice Webley revolvers if you are in the market. Not bargains...

It's antique. The "converted" statement seems odd. More likely the mechanism is broken and double action doesn't work...

I've seen russian nagants converted that way too, the target MTS-4 nagants had the DA sear intentionally removed
(yes this is different were the purpose-made single action 1895 nagants back in imperial era)
