Webley Mark 1 and 2 parts...

I have a Webley Mark 1 that needs a new "lever extractor" which is the part that actually cams and moves the extractor. It looks like a cam and it has a small flat spring on it. Mine is broke. Any source for parts and or who is the Webley guy to talk to.
Thanks for the info and I am sure this is not a new question but I could not find an answer in the search engine.

PLEASE pass on your source! That part is broken in mine, too, and it doesn't look like the guys at Numrich are getting those MK VI levers and lever springs anytime soon.

Yes, an MK VI's extractor group will work in an MK I and II. I'd recommend the VI's parts because of their robustness.

Edit: anyone know if these will work in a Mk I or II?

I sent Infideliceman a PM asking for the Webley parts source yesterday, no response yet. He has been online since then so I hope he got the message...
 
He's been back on the site several times so I guess he got my PM but there's been no reply.
Too bad, I was starting to get excited about finding some parts.

Ah, what the heck; I thought of something relevant to say.

Connexion, correct me if I'm wrong, but it sounds like a MK IV barrel will fit on a MK II frame. Also, would you know if the extractor lever in a .455 Mk IV would fit in a Mk II?

Am quite sure Mk IV extractor lever will fit Mk II. Almost certain it was a MKIV part that bolted straight into my MKI. Am certain tho, that part came to me from Apex and cost $25.
Going from memory here, as my Ian Skennerton ref manual is away at an out of town friends place at the moment.
That booklet is quite valuable, it contains parts interchangability charts between all the marks.
The extractor lever being one of the numerous Webley parts that do interchange through many/most of the .455 cal. marks.
The .38 cal revolver E levers, they do not interchange with .455 MK's.
Worth any Webley users while to pick up a copy

I'm looking for part number 40 on this diagram, it is the little thing that stops the cylinder from rotating when the hammer is at rest. Says trigger stop on the diagram but I think it is really the cyclinder stop, might need the spring for it to:

Yeah, I've been meaning to order in a copy of Skennerton's work but I always forgot about it.

Part No 39 "Spring, stop trigger", is not all that difficult to make up a replacement part. I put one up from a scrap piece of spring steel bandsaw blade, and it's been working perfectly in a Mk1 for 1000+ rounds now.

Ran around a with a dial micrometer in pocket for a while there, till I found the correct metal thickness in a local machine shop's dumpster.
