Webley Mk.IV Charger clips?

There are a couple of modern day varients that you can get, sorry I do not remember the brands.
Of the origional makes, I have no idea

You can use S&W K frame loaders. The cartidges are a little short if you are using 146 bullets, but they work. I use Safariland CompII speedloaders, the HKS one works as well but I prefer the Safariland.
I have used Bianchi speedstrips as well, but they are not really speedloaders.

The H&K speed loaders should work with a bit of adjustment, ie: the .455 rim is slightly larger in diameter than that of .45LC. Had to disassemble them and ream the holes a tad larger in order for the rounds to drop freely.

Prideaux rapid loaders? On the shelf right next to the rocking horse droppings and the budgies teeth! If you find one, be prepared for massive sticker shock!;)

At one time, nobody wanted them and dealers relegated them to the rubbish bin. It's only two bits of stamped sheet steel and a spring.:D

OOPS!:D got a bit confused when you mentioned half moon clips as those are usually thought of as being for the .45ACP conversions.
Anything that will work for .38spl will work for .38 S&W.
