I'm considering buying a WEBLEY & SCOTT O/U 912 series, I found a new one on sale for $900. Does anybody have any feedback or opinions on these ?

Bear in mind that when a company asks a Turkish manufacturer to produce a shotgun for them they determine the quality level of the end product by setting the price point they want to pay. The Turks can (and do) produce some nice stuff but when you want to retail something for $500.00 and make a profit, how many corners does the manufacturer have to cut ?

The W&S I looked at was actually pretty nice for the price. No idea as to durability.

Same thing as Norinco, they also have some stuff that's not too bad but have you ever seen or held one of their $200.00 shotguns ? You are well advised to get a Tetanus shot after fondling it !!!! I know some will chime in with "I've fired 28 shots out of mine with never a problem" .........................

Webley and Scott guns are made by Akus, not Yildiz.

The one I had was stamped YILDIZ on the barrels.

It seemed like a nice gun. Aluminum receiver, with internals looking like something you would see in an air rifle. Good trigger though, and my gun functioned 100%
Biggest complaints I had was trying to find additional choke tubes for it, and I found it too light.

I’m sold!! I remember how many thousands of rounds my Crosman 760 lasted as a budding trophy starling and sparrow hunter in my youth.

If you want to torture test something give it to a kid:)

I in no way meant to say the gun was not OK, it shot fine without malfunction, and from what I have read Yildiz guns stand up quite well, but internally the parts were not what I would expect in a over & Under shotgun. But then I guess I shouldn't expect it to be built like a beretta, or browning.

I bought a 920 the other day. It has Sulun Arms on the box. No markings on the firearm in terms of manufacturer. The gun seems pretty nice overall, well polished. I think it is a lot of gun for the price. Shot a few rounds of skeet and no failures at all. Mechanical trigger. I don’t know the long term reliability of the firearm, but the attention to detail on the finish makes me hopeful they took the same care on the internals.
