Thanks for the info. Had one years ago made in England. These ones from Turkey look the same and just as powerful, I assume. I'll be calling them.

I just got one today from D&L Airguns. Haven't had a chance to try it yet but the quality looks pretty good to me. No obvious tool marks or rough spots and the mechanism works as you would expect. It's hard to say more without comparing it side by side with an old English one. The Turkish model does have a contoured thumb rest on the grip which feels very good. Also an adjustable trigger - not sure if the old ones had that or not. BTW, D&L was a pleasure to deal with.
