That's kind of cool! I own a Tempest, one of the few "I'll never sell" guns I own. There was an accessory made for these pistols called an "aim brace" and it it was a plastic stock, not unlike the 1399 one made by Crosman. A rare thing to find, but you see them pop-up on the UK forums from time to time.
 
I really like that. My old Tempest has lived in the glovebox of every vehicle I've owned. You've given me a new project :). Being left handed, the factory plastic grip leaves alot of room for improvement. Good job!
 
I am left handed, that's the main reason I carved the new grips, I don't have the safety on there anymore either both grips are more or less mirror images of each other - one thing I noticed is that the butt piece is too low, there probably should be a crank in the long piece, which was 5/16", I thought 1/4" rod would be too flimsy.
