Webley WG Antique Serial Range?

Anyone know what the antique serial range for WebleyWG's are?

I've heard anywhere as high as 14,000 to anywhere as low as 11,000
 
The highest pre-1898 recorded by the RCMP is 16216 sold by J.F. King of Durban. King ceased business in 1898. As far as I know this is the number the Tech Division uses as the cut-off.
 
If in doubt send some pics to the cfc. a few years ago I hd one in the 16000 range that everyone said ws a no go and cfc approved it and sent me the letter. They went more by the style of the hollow based winged bullet emnlem than the serial number. Good luck.....wTc
