Anyone know a good disassembly guide the the Webley WG Army model 1898 ? My Webley WG has a gremlin in it, cylinder spins freely sometimes, the double action when pulled slowly won't release the hammer once it's pulled back and single action works fine but ocassionally happens to be difficult to #### the hammer back. Long story short I want to take a good look to see if I can diagnose the issue!

Sounds like you could have what are commonly encountered issues with either your Cylinder Stop, Screw and Spring! You can easily get to these fragile parts to check them by first removing the screws on the side plate and the grips and then gently prying the side-plate off!

They are probably the main weak links in these otherwise excellent revolvers! Replacement parts are basically non-existent and will need to be hand made!

Good luck!

I'm impressed by the knowledge that floats around these boards, thanks :)
