Do you have any other photos? A serial number at the very least? Unless there is some Webley guru out there who can identify just off that photo, I think others will need some more!

Webley WG. Probably a 1896 model.

That "flying bullet" stamp usually indicate pre 1898 manufacture. If you can verify this, that pistol could be in the "antique status" category.

Looks like WG Army 455/470cal w/birdshead grip. Any idea as to top of barrel rib markings? Generally, any of those with a serial number below 14000 are considered as Antique.
