just wondering if there is anyone out there that could help verify the date of manufacture on a webley mark 1

Webley’s datas where bought by a private company some years ago. The company can verify your serial number.
They provide you with :
- The date of manufacture
- where it was sold and by who
- how much they sold it for
- who bought it

But off course it’s not free they charge you some feeds for the service ...

May be some one on the fo collect some of the data

Go to enquiries@armsresearch.co.uk and download the from Richard Milner Ltd. Complete the form and mail it to the address shown with the payment for the research (two levels 24 or 32 pounds sterling, if the rates haven't increased). He accepts Visa or Mastercard.
It could help if you can send close-up photographs of any stampings on the pistol.
