Some changes coming December 2nd, 2018
On December 2nd, 2018 we will be temporarily closing our doors for a couple of days as we change our e-commerce platform.
From about noon Pacific-time on December 2nd, till about midday December 4th we will be offline.
All existing online orders will continue to be shipped on-time and on schedule
As you know earlier in 2018, the Canadian company Shopify announced that they would no longer be supporting firearms business. As we no longer comply with their terms of service, we are taking our business elsewhere.
As of December 2018, we will proudly be hosted by the Texas e-commerce platform Big Commerce.
We are happy to be working with our new partners at Big Commerce to deliver a seamless change and BETTER experience for our customers.
However, there will be a few changes that we must tell you about.
Your account password will no longer be valid, and your order history will no be available online. We will still have access to your order history, but we cannot migrate your account to the new system.
While we have gone to great lengths to make this change as simple and seamless as possible we are also human and expect there to be a few teething issues as we learn our way around the new system. Please be patient with us and rest assured any issues will be just as annoying to us as they may be to you. We promise to resolve any issues as quickly as possible and with minimal impact on our customers.
Lastly, our new system will have a host of new features that we will roll out over the coming weeks that should improve your experience with our site and we look forward to sharing more about those features as we implement them.

- Any existing orders or special/custom orders WILL be migrated to the new system and shipped on time and on schedule. Our operations/shipping systems can be run independently.
- You will need to reset your password with the "forgot my password" link on the new system to get your account up and running.
- Any gift cards that you will have will no longer be valid, please email us with the gift card number and we will replace it as soon as possible.
- Discount codes will no longer be valid, we will have to generate new ones. So if you are a uniformed service member or dealer, please email us after the switch and we will get a new one set up.
