Wednesday at the rifle range (long "results" report)

Yes indeed, and I surely do go out in colder weather - last time a couple weeks ago it was COLD. But I did not want to waste a beautiful day like Wednesday!

I forget where Bob bought that one, might have been a gun show up there. I remember he told me when he first picked it up and he was head over heels about it. I told him if he decided to cut that one loose I would be interested. And here it is..........

He bought one off me at the Murillo show about 4 years ago, prior to him heading south.
 
That explains the hullabaloo to the north. Doug I thought there was a war going on. Relieved to know it was just you warming up the range for us.

OK so I pulled the bullets on the 7 x 57 Improved cartridges that were splitting the necks.........and I went back to my loading data and see this note to myself:

"Not much reliable data - extrapolated from 7 x 57"

Note to self: you probably are NOT the ballistics genius you might have thought you were." :rolleyes:

Anybody out there got some recipes for 7 x 57 Improved (40 degree shoulder)?
