There are gonna be two sore deer after that one. A "dead" deer smacked me on the leg once with a front hoof. My leg had a helluva bruise. I can't imagine getting hit that many times.......

I saw a video of a guy who got that treatment from a buck... Chick fight? Don't think so. He was in hospital for a couple weeks afterward.

Those front hooves are HARD and SHARP. And those legs move FAST.

I think that may be the one. I think it was on one of those cheesy "when animals attack" shows they're always showing on fox & spike.

I know I sure wouldn't want to be either person. Those hooves are NASTY... And I suspect the hubby wasn't too impressed that the missus didn't either shoot or even start throwing rocks at the buck.

I guess he was nature's "Rodney King" that way eh?

The deer are sorting out the "pecking order" because it's not the rut they just act like does and fight like them to figure out who gets to be in charge.
