Weird issue with a raptor CH

Has anyone seen this before? Basically a brand new Raptor CH has half inch of play and won't lock.

Tried multiple rifles, bolts lock up completely, BCM CH had no issues - has anyone seen this before?

 
One of the ways to tell a fake is that the handles are different sizes - the fakes (some of them anyway) are both the same size. I found this out by purchasing one off eBay - caught the guy though...

Is it possible that this is a 7.62 and not the 5.56 one???? I don't know the differences between the two as I only own the 5.56 ones. Perhaps the 7.62 is longer??
 
There doesn't seem to be any silk screening where there should be. Did you buy that knock-off one off the EE? Mine locks up solid.

all the raptor charging handles I have seen are laser engraved, Noveske or Rainer arms or axts, yes some fake one has engraving too, but not engraved at all then it's highly likely not authentic...do you have any engravings on your CH op? hard to tell from the video.
 
Thanks all, wasn't 100% sure if it was my rifles or the CH but am reasonably sure now its the CH.

Bought it off EE (price was too good to pass up), and had no markings. The seller was cool though once I showed him this vid and returned it.

On the flip side, I really want Raptors now :)
