Weird question - Beretta boys plz help?

Hi guys,

First of all, just wanna mention that it's still new, no rounds through it yet, but weird thing I notived when I was playing with it. With a full clip, safety on, I try to drop the mag, it comes out like .25 inches. Put it back in, switch safety off, hit the release, mag drops clear. Any reason for this?

They are two entirely different things. It's like calling a hat a shoe.

Anyhow.... Back on topic.

I'm not familiar with how exactly the safety on the Beretta works, but I would bet that there is some tension being slipped in there somewhere that is causing the magazine to get hung up a bit. Probably nothing to worry about.

it's normal for beretta. Not sure why though. In any event, you do rapid mag changes with the safety off anyhow.

I was just curious as to why. I don't know why I'd ever do a mag change with the safety on anyway, I was just thinking maybe it was a safety feature.

What you mean to say is that you have a magazine full of snap caps.
